Excellent price and service. The person who gave us the quote, the installers and the manager/owner were great. They were friendly, professional and worked very hard. The installation was done in a day. The installers were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to watch work. They really knew what they were doing. We would strongly recommend TruAir.

The Tru Air team does seasonal maintenance for my heating & cooling system twice per year. Each appointment they are kind, professional, and do a great job.

I called to get my system looked at because out of THREE units one was not cooling. I also stated that I wanted all my system serviced, PM, which I assumed that all filters would be checked , coils cleaned and all other preventive services needed. It took me about a week to get an appointment which I was ok with based on reviews. So the day of the appointment one tech came out along with a supervisor. They came and looked at the units found an electric filter issue on the unit that was not cooling and then said we did no realize that all the coils needed to be cleaned and we will have to reschedule you in another three weeks. We will call you.....Still waiting! I tried to stay away from a big service company because of this reason.....Well time to go look again

Tru Air installed a Nest smart thermostat to work with my current heating and cooling system. I can now control the thermostat from my phone, whether I am at home or away. Tru Air’s technicians were courteous and respectful of my time and my home.

TruAir was good to work with from the beginning. Initial contact to completion it was a pleasant experience. We were offered good quality products with excellent warranties and good prices. Installation was completed on the day they said it would be done. We are sitting in our nicely cool house thanks to TruAir. This was done during the pandemic and all members of the team wore masks at the house. From the estimator to the installation crew to the owner who came by day 1 to review the installation plan. Very considerate and professional. Final product was a neat, clean install. They removed the old system and cleaned up all debris. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Overall great experience.
Lionel was very informative and thorough with his estimate. He gave us 3 options for the job and was available for questions prior to contracting the job.
Jesse and Steven did everything expected and were also accommodating and informative.
It was also nice to have Chuy stop by to introduce himself and offer his contact info for any concerns or issues.
The system is operating well and is a huge improvement over our previous system.

Chewy, Lionel, and Jessie were all very attentive and responsive to my needs. They installed a new AC system in my house and were even able to get a last minute Crain to come put the compressor on the roof the same day to prevent delays.

Chewy came by the day after the install to check up and even crawled under my home to verify all was well with the old humidifier they disconnected for me. I was so please with the service I ordered a separate mini split system from them for an addition that is currently not cooled.
