I recently had a water heater issue so I called the company that installed it a year ago. Terry has since retired but The Heat and Air Company had taken over. Steve was so helpful and put me at ease that it would be resolved and it was even though their schedule was completely booked. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and solved my problem immediately. I will call them in the future for my heating and cooling needs.

I had Heat and Air Company come out to diagnose and give a quote on my AC unit that isn’t working. They came out once, very nice, very professional but missed an issue. I called them and they came out again to give me a quote and worked with me until my issue was resolved.

Our Technician, Steve, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. He went above and beyond, in that he explained exactly what he was doing and what options I had. I would highly recommend The Heat and Air Company to anyone in Albuquerque, and ask for Steve if he's available!

The Heat & Air company was sent by Choice Home Warranty to repair my air conditioner. They were paid by the warranty company for parts and labor based on the report sent to them by the Technician . The repair should have taken no more than 2 hours according to the home warranty co. The technician was at my home for over 5 hrs. He was not experienced at electrical wiring which needed to be done so he installed a very expensive wireless thermostat that I didn’t need without giving me a choice or discussing price or contacting the home warranty company . I am a senior citizen and was overcharged $900.00 by the Heat and Air co. for the wireless thermostat and labor.
I was very much taken advantage of by this company.

Taylor diagnosed and fixed an air conditioning problem that two other contractors were not able to.Our issue began on July 01. The other contractors worked on the system for over 20 days, guessing at the culprit and replacing parts. Within 1 hour of arrival on the July 27, Taylor diagnosed the problem, determined the culprit, ordered a valve, installed it, and our system is working properly.
