Heat and Air came to us through American Home Shield (AHS) when I requested someone other than Moreno Plumbing to fix the damper over our gas furnace that protects it from the damp air of the evaporative cooler. The first technician looked at the hole where the damper used to be and pointed out that it must still remain - at the bottom of the duct, on top of the heater. The second technician was sent out by AHS to fix a gas leak that AHS had invented (and is still trying to bill me for 13 days later). He left when he realized the mistake and later came back and removed the old damper and replaced it with a cookie tray style damper. Both technicians were professional, clean, and careful and took precautions and accepted our precautions against COVID-19.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. He kept me informed of what service was being accomplished and what was needing to be repaired. I would gladly call again for any future HVAC service.
