Great to work with for a furnace and ac cooler replacement. Took time to explain all options, answered all questions. Did the job on time and on budget. Also had a warranty equipment issue, was resolved promptly to 100% satisfaction.

This fool doesn't know how to answer the phone or return calls. The property manager who managed my house before I bought it promised me a new hot water heater to be installed by FM Mechanical, but it has been weeks and I'm continually blown off by these bums. I wish I could comment on FM Mechanical's work, but I haven't seen it yet, nor do I want to at this point.

He came by and gave me a quote on short notice. He did exactly what he said he would do and he ended up being just under the quoted price. He worked fast and cleaned up really well. I couldn't be happier.
