Evaristo and his team were great to work with. He’s knowledgeable and had good suggestions without pressure to choose any particular solution. He did his work on time and on budget and left the house clean. Everything works well. My neighbor had a very bad HVAC installation that the company wouldn’t take responsibility for. Determined the flexible rubber ducting connection from the heater to the main ducting going through the house had dried up over the years creating several severe holes allowing over 50% heat loss going into the garage. This resulted in an increase of gas, electricity and furnace recycling unnecessarily. Appreciate EN's quick response and commitment to install a new part ASAP (same day & within a couple of hours). With the anticipation of colder weather they understood the importance for helping a senior citizen who was also battling flu symptoms.
