We had a failed kitchen faucet installed by Ryan and he did a terrific job. The next day Zachary installed a new water heater. He is such a good guy and worked tirelessly all day to fit the new appliance into an old home and have it to code. He did such a stellar job it's like a work of art. We are so happy with the results that we will call upon B, Carlson in the future for any more repairs, which, no doubt will arise. -Sukaro

Ugh 97 degrees outside and my A/C was blowing warm air. I called B. Carlson and an experienced technician, Christian, came out the next day and fixed it within about 10 minutes. He made a video of what was wrong with my swamp cooler so I could understand what was going on. I'd had two other companies look at it and he was the first who fixed it. Great customer service and rapid response. Thanks Christian!

From the very beginning, my experience with B Carlson was outstanding. They followed up on an appointment that I made online. The sales representative Chris Ulibarri confirm the appointment and called prior to arrival and was on time. Answered all my questions in a professional manner. And followed up accordingly. I booked the install of my new master cool immediately. They were able to get me on the calendar in less than a week. All correspondence were timely and professional. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled. Manuel and Omar were excellent. They installed my master cool with promptness professionalism, and very tidy matter. They answered all my questions and got the work done in about four hours, which I was impressed. I highly recommend this company to anybody. We had B. Carlson out to look at our water heater. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but of five companies I got quotes from, they were the only company that charged for the assessment and quote and their quote was 60% higher than all four other companies.

First want to compliment the company as a whole. From the first time I called to make an appointment, to service call, to follow-up each member of the staff was upbeat, polite, and easy to work with. My service tech, Paul called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly within time of appointment given. He spent time listening to my concerns, explained all he was going to do and went straight to work checking both of my AC units. After evaluation of units and doing a general maintenance of units, he showed me the part that needed to be replace, discussed why and gave me a quote up front. All repairs were performed quickly and on the spot and this was very convenient not to have to schedule second appointment. Also want to compliment Paul for being so polite and taking the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and personally ask for Paul for my next AC tune up.

My radiant heating system failed & it was 52 in my house. I started calling trying to get emergency assistance. B. Carlson put me on a priority list & called me faithfully with an update. While someone else got to me first I was extremely impressed with B. Carlson's response & follow up. I will definitely call them for service in the future. Excellent communication & accomodation.
