B. Carlson Heating were on time the day of service, repaired both a boiler and water heater in less than an hour. He was professional and quick to solve the problem. The extra bonus was the courtesy phone call following up a few days later to ensure everything was satisfactory. Kudos!

Ben and Christian came to my home to shut down my two new Breezair coolers, inspect my two furnaces and get them running for the winter. These gentlemen were a joy to have working in my home… they were friendly, patient, personable, respectful and conscientious, taking the time to explain everything to me. They had no issue with my watching as they worked so I could understand what they were doing. I am a fairly new customer with B.Carlson and I have continued to have a great experience starting with the purchase and installation of the Breezair units and now with the winter shutdown/start up. Excellent customer service. They put me through to an emergency plumber out of normal office hours and I had someone at my house (which is up in the East Mountains) within 2 hrs.
Tony was the utmost professional. He talked me through the issue and we discussed ways in which to fix it. Tony didn’t only offer a quick fix to stop the leak but also offered to fix the rest of the piping in that area so it was up to code.
I would highly recommend Tony. Professional, high quality worker and very nice and approachable individual who made me feel at ease.

One of our HVAC units wasn't working. Carlson fixed it. Rafael Saavedra quickly diagnosed the failed motor, found and installed the replacement, and then offered and completed the inspection and maintenance on that unit and the other 2 hvac units. His work was speedy ans superb. Thank you!!

We've been a very happy B. Carlson customer since 2005, but never had the need to use their emergency after-hours service until this past Saturday when our A/C failed to hold temperature on one of the hottest days of the year. Our Preferred Service Agreement really paid off. I called and reached someone in under 3 minutes. The dispatcher said someone would call in 10 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later Ben, one of their senior techs, called me back and arrived in less than 30 minutes. After checking things inside the house and then working on the system up on the (hot) roof for about 90 minutes, we were back up and running in time for our company to arrive for a one-week visit. I am thrilled at the speediness and quality of the service that Ben and B. Carlson provided to us.

Our outdoor faucet had a leak so I called B. Carlson but they couldn't get me in for several days. The receptionist put me on a priority list, and I got a call the next day. I was very happy when Tony and Ash showed up at our home to fix the leak and replace the faucet. They were very professional, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were two of the nicest guys and very helpful to me. I was thrilled with the results. I would recommend B. Carlson for any of your plumbing needs.

When we bought our house 11 years ago we knew we were living on borrowed time with the old air conditioning unit on the roof, but for 11 years, maintenance by B. Carlson helped keep it working. This year, our luck ran out and we needed to replace the old one. Mario Martinez helped us select a new model that would be more efficient than our old one and even helped us navigate a rebate from PNM. He offered great advice on the pros and cons of the various units available. Installation was handled exactly as planned, and our new unit keeps our house extremely comfortable. Our electric bills have been lower, too. Buying a new unit is painful to the pocketbook, but Mario helped ease the pain with his great service and advice.

I've been using B Carlson for HVAC Maintenance/Repairs for about a year now and the service has always been good. However, recently Mario has gone above and beyond what I'd expect. My evap cooler is on its last legs and I scheduled a quote with Mario to get it replaced about a month ago. Yesterday, my cooler died completely and I contacted Mario to move forward with the new install upgrade. He was able to come by the next morning to finalize it. And then he went out of his way to check my current cooler, drive to get parts, come back and fix the cooler all complimentary. I have a young child and we would have probably had to wait a few days to have someone come back to fix the cooler while waiting on the new install. I can't thank Mario enough for going WAY above and beyond, and you've made a customer for life here.
