He is very quick to respond, professional and friendly. The price he charged was very fair price and he was meticulous in cleaning up after the work was finished.

Shai is the absolute BEST! Not only do he and his team do an amazing job but Shai really cares about his customers. That is rare. When the gas company shut off our gas line on one of the coldest days of the year, Shai came to our house at 11PM to help us. When the gas line had to be replaced, we hired Shai and his team. Shai dealt with the gas company directly (which was a complete nightmare!) and handled EVERYTHING. When the gas company was going to leave because something in our home was not up to code. Shai convinced them to stay and he brought our house up to code so they could finish the job. That is really the extra mile! Shai makes sure the job is done right. We have been a customer of Shai's and Temp Control for about eight years. I couldn't recommend Shai and his team more highly.

They are the Christmas Miracle of repair. My heat broke yesterday and I thought it would be impossible to get someone out to fix it with Christmas coming. A friend told me to call Shai. They were out at my house in a few hours and saved the day. I was expecting a huge bill, but it wasn't too bad. I will use again and tell my friends too. Thank you Temp Control.

Its never fun to have problems with the hot water but Shai came to save the day. He is veryu reliable, answers calls quickly and does a terrific job (plus he's a really nice guy) I would definitely recommend him!
