We were a little hesitant to get them because we google a near company to service our heating and A/C systems, but they were very professional and reliable and complete the job promptly. They gave us recommendations, but most importantly they let us make the decision and didn’t push products or high prices services. We ended up doing an appointment with the hour sink plumbing service.

Highly RECOMMEND this company. I had problem installing my new shower and some plumbing issues. All men arrived on time... they were fast and professional. Installed everything correctly and neatly. I was fully satisfied aaaand did not even cost me as much as I thought .

We were very happy with the service provided. We received a call letting us know the plumber would be arriving in about 30 minutes. He arrived right on time, and was able to begin work right after we accepted the estimate. The plumber was very pleasant and patient, as he had to deal with some poor plumbing done by the previous homeowner. He completed the repairs we requested, and cleaned up after he finished. Overall, this was a great experience

My family and I had no use of our plumbing and within three days we had a brand new sewer line installed. They worked very hard, explained everything to us in detail and even stayed late to get the job done. They left everything working perfectly and cleaned up as they worked to make sure I didn’t have a mess. From their office employees to their technicians, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I got my furnace serviced about a month ago, so wanted to wait before I posted a review, just to make sure it was going to continue to work properly. They were quick, reasonably priced, friendly and most important to me, PROFESSIONAL!!!! I hate companies who give you the run around. My furnace is still going strong and I'm thankful to them for that.. I also got an estimate on a new thermostat. I got a great quote, I'm going to go with them.

They came out today and repaired our furnace in no time. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. Their expertise and professionalism were top notch! Highly recommend and will use their service again without question.

I called and King Arthur Plumbing was quick with responding. Ramon was sent to check out our water heater. We needed a new one. He was very thorough and very professional by keeping us informed on the progress. Also he was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I recommend him and the company. THANK YOU!!!!!

Allan was the service tech that came to my house to repair my ac unit. He was polite and professional. He was very straight forward in his repair and relaying the information to me. He even took the time to teach and inform me with good tips for a first time home owner on all HVAC related items in my home.

Pipe fitting leak on Thanksgiving. Called the next day and got pipes fixed and new valves and new hot water heater which was about due. All done on the same day. Igniter didn't work on new heater but Alan went back to the supplier for a new Igniter and got it to work. I was happy he went to the effort to get it all done in one day! There were no hidden costs.
