Best Best plumbing service ever! I am still amazed how quickly and efficiently my problem was fixed. Had a leak from my upstairs bathroom down through the kitchen ceiling. King Arthur repaired the leak -needed to replace some parts. Their service was so so professional. They worked so neatly and quietly. Before I knew it the job was done. I couldn't believe it. I truly recommend this company for any plumbing needs/repairs. You wont' be disappointed.

We requested a replacement natural gas water heater.The service person, Anthony was prompt, thorough, efficient, and explained the options understandably. We ended up having some added work for code purposes, and those options were set forth without any "pushing." We felt like any decisions were up to us. The equipment and the work is very high quality. We definitely recommend this company.

Best company ever!! My central air unit failed to work on a Thursday right before heat wave. They came and diagnosed the issue the same day. Unfortunately I needed to replace my old unit. This company walked me through all the steps to be able to aquire a new unit. By Saturday noon my new unit was in and running! My needs were resolved within 3 days. No other company could offer to even diagnose till a week later. I can't thank King Arthur enough for your amazing service. They even wore shoe covers which I thought was great too! So professional, reliable and dependable.

Great response on a Sunday to an upstairs leak that was running down the walls and into the ceiling of the floor below. Our plumber identified the cause and fixed it very quickly saving us more damage.

So...3,4 weeks ago we bought a garbage disposal and planned to install it ourselves. I got under the sink and decided that we needed professional help because --- I'm not sure exactly why! Something to do with needing to cut a cast iron pipe. Anyway we called King Arthur Plumbing. We had travel plans so made an appointment for 2 weeks later, on a Monday morning. First thing that morning I called to be sure the appointment was still on, and a super friendly woman (she deserves for me to remember her name but I can't quite...Laura?) answered and assured me they'd be at my house within the hour. Sure enough they arrived --- and after a quick look told me that they could put in a disposal but the plumbing inside the wall would have to be redone; more costly and they do that kind of work. I was told exactly how much I was expected to pay them for the install. Loved they had booked the appointment, loved their receptionist and loved Chris the plumber. Just moved into this house so it's great finding a plumber without having the horror of a clogged toilet....yet!

I tried for an hour and half to plunge my toilet that wouldn't flush- but it was no use. I called King Arthur Plumbing for the clogged toilet. It was around 8:30pm at night and it happened to my daughter's 4th birthday. I called other '24 hour' companies, but no one answered.
Luckily, when I called 'King Arthur' I spoke to 'Al' right away and he dispatched someone to my 1br/1 toilet apt. in Edison. He said someone should be there within 15-25 minutes and the tech came faster than I expected.
The tech 'Tim' was polite, professional, safe and wore a mask (as we did) and got right to work- the problem was fixed in about 5 minutes!!!
My daughter was very excited to be able to continue to celebrate her 'PJ Masks' birthday.
King Arthur Plumbing has extremely reasonable pricing. In my opinion, this is an honest and trustworthy business- I'm definitely adding them to my permanent contacts.

Kitchen sink faucet change was completed very professionally. The service tech was very thorough and clbean. It wasn’t an easy swap because the old faucet was difficult to remove. He did a great job!
