Excellent quality and service! We have been working with MJM for over 3 years now. They have provided installation services for many of our renovation and construction projects. We have never failed an inspection related to their work and in fact, every inspector so far has commented on the quality of their work.

Recently, it seems like they have revamped their management and communication system and as a result communication and scheduling has gotten better than ever before.

All of our customers have continued to use MJM for service and repair after we have sold the house and to-date everyone has been very satisfied. We have not heard one bad thing from any of our customers.

I hired MJM Heating & Cooling for the new construction of my home. They installed all of my heating and cooling equipment, duct work, thermostats, bathroom fans, etc. Price was great. Work was completed on time and exactly as we discussed and are running perfectly. Would highly recommend.

MJM was able to assist me with replacing my out dated HVAC system. I am very please with the work and the time it took to complete job. All the staff and workers are very pleasant and respectful. All my questions were answered every step of the way thru the installation process. I highly recommend them.

We just had MJM replace our heating and AC system. Matt came out to do the estimate and explained everything in detail. He was able to answer all of questions and concerns. We went with his recommendations and I’m so happy we did. I spoke to Danica in the office a few times, she was always polite, professional and accommodating. The work done is very high quality. If my realtor was impressed. However, what is lacking is the communication. The project was pushed nearly a week without a call, just automated emails. We were working on listing the property and I was staying as long as it took to start the project. Additionally, they would sometimes not show up or would be later than expected. Overall, the project took signficantly longer than predicted and still required consistent follow up on my part to get status updates. I think the work done was excellent and I couldn't be happier there. I do believe communication is a struggle and could be easily solved.

MJM Heating and Cooling worked diligently to install a ductless AC into my home. They kept me abreast at all times on the progress being made to complete the project. Danica and Jennifer are gems to the company professional, polite, and understanding. The installers were friendly and informed me of every step of the installation.

Matt responded right away and was professional and courteous. The job schedule had a few glitches due to weather and covid but Jimmy was a dedicated worker, friendly, professional and answered all my questions and kept me informed as to progress. All other staff were friendly and responsive too. I am pleased with the outcome and can now look forward to being warm in winter and cool in the summer. Life is good!

I had a great experience with MJM. They were polite, knowledgeable with excellent service technicians/installers. They did the installation of my mini split system and made sure I felt comfortable with the care and operation of my new system before leaving.

The employees and owners were very proactive during COVID. They kept us informed every week if parts were in or not. Once the parts came in they were right here to install. And it is wonderful to have air during the hot weather. Anyone thinking about installing HVAC's call MJM Heating & Cooling. They are the best.
