I had an emergency and sure that is my fault for not planning for a broken pipe I am sure. Initially they were happy to schedule a plumber to come the next morning for the 15 minute capping the pipe then called back saying so sorry they had a big job come up that was more important to them and they could see me in 3 days leaving me without shower or toilet but you know big job and I was 3 miles away. Needless to say I found a great plumber who is getting my complete pipe work renovations. They had a big job but they got this bad review and bad reputation out of it.
