I use the maintenance contract for AC & heat but have also had them service my units at other times throughout the year. Mills has always been our “go to” for HVAC solutions. Our tech Kevin was great. Listened to what led to us having to call, quickly diagnosed what was needed, had all the right parts and tools on site and was finished quickly and within budget. Highly recommend!

Not only did they perform quality work, but they were able to install A/C and ductwork in a pretty tight space. Anyone who showed up to the house was always very punctual and polite. And everyone was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.
