A.M. Botte Residential & Commercial HVAC

My AC stopped working suddenly, (right before expected 90+ degree weather), so I requested a service call and A.M. Botte was able to send someone out within hours of my inquiry. The tech, Andrew P., arrived early and was professional and extremely helpful. He explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem, what he found was the problem, and then went above and beyond to make sure the rest of the system wasn't in need of attention. I would definitely recommend A.M. Botte and will be using them for any future HVAC issues. Thank you, thank you...you saved us from melting!

Dustin and his installation team were very professional right from the start. Overall I'm satisfied with the installation and the analyzation of what is needed to be done to upgrade my system and solve my venting problem of our chimney. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Kudos again to the installation team that did a wonderful and clean job.

The process started with Dustin who walked us through our options and ideas for making our home more energy efficient and rebate programs saving us $$$.

Then following were the 2 installation technicians John H and John L which did an amazing job installing the new HVAC and Tankless Water Heater. These 2 gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and TRUE craftsmen of their trade. Our township inspector even complimented how good the quality of the work was!!!!

I just want to thank Anthony Botte and his team for being what makes America great, a company that does the job right the first time and doesn’t cut corners.

Had to have my obsolete ancient AC system topped off with R-22. It was pricey but it is expected of a Refridgerant that is being fazed out. Botte was super accommodating. My house was at 82° with a 1yr old and a pregnant wifey and Botte got someone out as soon as they could!!! They sent me Kyle. He was pleasant professional and knowledgeable. When it comes time to replace my system Botte will be my first call for an estimate. Thank you Botte and Kyle!!!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Master HVAC tech Andrew and HVAC tech Sam did the install of my brand new AC and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they show up on time they installed the new unit during the hurricane just so my family and I wouldn't be without AC. I still can't believe how clean and professional the install went during the horrible weather and yes everything is up and running perfectly. We hired A&M Botte nearly 1 year ago to install a ductless AC system for our house (mini-splits). The units were installed in the summer of 2020, and they have been working consistently well throughout the year. Dustin and Joe and the whole team were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and responsive during the entire process. Dustin responded to questions via text and email seemingly at any hour of the day. He took the time to talk me and my wife through all our questions/concerns, and the company did a beautiful job with installing the units and making everything function well and look great. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Great experience from quote to install!can’t say enough good stuff about this company. Dustin came out and gave me a great price to replace my AC Unit and also install a tankless water heater. Not only did he move my appointment up 2weeks earlier then original scheduled, he brought 2 window units for me to use until my new unit was installed. John, Randy and Frank were fantastic. They arrived on time and did a great job with the install.I will definitely be calling them again with any of my HVAC needs.

I was very happy with the service I received from A.M.Botte. Angela in the office was great and Dustin provided an accurate and competitive estimate. Eric, John, and Sam installed my new heater and ac unit all in one day. They showed up on time and explained my new system to me in detail upon completion. Very professional and I will would recommend using them.

Two days after I requested a quote to have my heating and A/C replaced, Dustin came out, examined my house and gave me both low and high option estimates to replace my heater and central air, and to install a mini-split on my second floor. He answered all of my questions along the way. The guys came out about a week later and had all the work done in one day. They were kind, respectful of my home and cleaned up so that I wouldn't even know they'd been there. Before they left, Eric explained to me all the work that was done, and how to care for and operate the new systems. I believe the price was reasonable (I took advantage of rebates & 0% interest financing offered) and the work was exceptional. I am very happy with the result, especially in this heat. I finally have a good solution for heating/cooling on my second floor (cape-cod/one vent only). Highly recommended.
