Great customer service! I had Charles on chat often throughout the process and he was always helpful and quick to reply. The entire process was seamless to me and I got to try it out during a blackout for 25 hours....Loved it! Their pricing was very competitive, and their service was terrific!~

The employee came over & checked our air conditioning. As always, very pleasant & answered All of my concerns. He wasn't in a hurry & came over within the specified time period unlike other companies. I strongly recommend AK AIRE. Get their maintenance contract. It takes the worry out of high cost repairs..

Called to ask about pricing to do routine maintenance on our Navien water heater, gave name and model number. Scheduled appt because we were told it’s going to be 79.00 . Really nice man came out very knowledgeable told us it’s going to be 159.99 because there is a descaling solution good for two years that we should do , so we said ok no problem. He finishes the job and hands us a bill for 249.59 😳. We ask we don’t understand, he said just to come out to the house is a 79 dollar service call that we were never told about , and sorry but it’s not his fault and the company never issues any refunds... paid in full , and will never use this company ever again .

AK Aire is the BEST company for all your heating, air conditioning, plumbing needs....repair or new install... of any that are out there. I personally have used several of the "popular" names previously….but NONE CAN COMPARE with AK Aire! AK Aire is EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, DEPENDABLE, COURTEOUS, FAIR.....and most of all HONEST with their customers! I have recommended several personal friends to use AK Aire and EACH ONE had only the highest praise for the job they did. AK Aire sets the gold standard for any heating, air conditioning, plumbing job you may have!

Alan the owner, responds quickly to any problems we have and he always explains in detail what the problem is.

I have a healthy issue and he is always very mindful of this and handles things accordingly.

I was informed recently after attempting to get them on the phone that the husband and wife owners do not return customer calls. according to their receptionist. They tried to postpone the install on a Friday (Monday was the scheduled start date of the project) saying that their was a 90 year old woman without AC in June who needed to take my time slot. After waiting several weeks for the install. My reply to them was that if there's a 90 year old woman that needs an AC please don't wait until Monday...Do it over the weekend. That was the first sign that I may regret my decision to hire AK as they were the cheapest estimate. The AC never worked properly and I felt it was because of the registers that they put in. (oh, they initially installed most of the registers backwards) All they had to do is swap out the registers so we could point the cool air downwards. They receptionist stated that they don't make registers that point downward which was one of about 4 lies I caught them in. Kelly, one of the owners is very good behind a keyboard so expect a complete denial of all of my statements. Do yourself a favor...pay the extra few bucks and hire one of their competitors.

They install a gas line for my pool heater at a reasonable price and a very professional job. Every person in AK Aire I dealt with was excellent! I highly recommend them!

Dawn and Kelly are fantastic. It's a pleasure to do business with a company that is up-front on pricing, honest and reputable. Plus, they give back to the local community which is important to me when I choose whom to do business with.

Of course during the middle of winter the furnace breaks. Not only did this company respond immediately by adjusting there schedule but they were able to fix the problem within the same day. Very professional employee's and company all the way around. Reasonable rates as well. They are my answer for any of my needs.
