Because of the floods. My hvac unit did not work. Called them, the guy came and quoted me $12k to replace the entire unit!! I asked if there is anything we can do please. Just said no. Tried to bill me $125 so I can get an invoice. Call another place. They said only one thing was broken and they fixed it for under $500, plus the invoice was free!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
