Air Zones Sheet Metal Fabrication

Air Zones installed the system of the house we bought. It was a flip, so the system is brand new, but they cut corners and the system isn’t working. The system is too big for the duct work we have causing the system to freeze every few hours. They also cut a random hole into the wall of the furnace to prevent it from over heating instead of getting the right size equipment. They placed the out spout wrong, causing half of the condensation water to drain into our crawl space. When I talked to Angelo he was so rude and was just talking over or yelling at me. NEVER use this company!! They cut corners, and do nothing to make it right!

They replace my outside condenser and inside coil for my air conditioning last summer. Haven't Had any problems with it working this year . Price of job was fair .Thx you Angel Air Zones.

Angel and his team were absolute professionals. The price was fair and competitive. The execution of the work was excellent. I’ll also say that the ongoing customer service is A+. Example: 7 years after installation I had an issue connecting a new Nest thermostat. They could have sent one of their guys and charged me 2-$300 for the visit. Instead, they troubleshot the problem with me over the phone and I was able to connect it. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They helped my mom learn how to work the central air & heat. They fixed the heating issue in less than an hour! They were made sure the heat was on for us & my baby. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

If i can give them 0 stars i would Angelo The Boss is very rude and disrespectful!!! Left holes in my ceiling and wall for rodents to run wild when i asked him about closing up the holes his workers left behind from cutting into the wall he got very rude and disrespectful stated he was doing me a favor when he was actually getting paid to do a job!!! Very Distasteful Ruined what would’ve been a good experience Dont recommend this guy due to his disregard and disrespect if i was white he would’ve never attempted to address me in the manner in which he did but i’m black in newark so what they give is what i get Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Air Zones heating and cooling is an excellent company, very professional and careful with their job, they are fast and know how to do an inspection x el lent design, clean and very functional job, Angel the owner is a very kind person, he always cleared my doubts, I’m very happy with their job, would recommend them 100%

To be honest I may not have gave this company the best experience as a customer due to some complications they had with the guy who contracted them originally. But they are extremely professional and care about the work they do. They didn’t hold anything against me came out and did outstanding work for me. They’re worth the penny. Payments to them must be made in cash as an FYI. Do business with them and support a great small local business. Angelo is a good man of his word and makes sure that his customers are happy. Highly recommend.

I had no heat, called and Angel came out within half hour. He was very informative and gave me his honest opinion. He was very knowledgeable and had a plan on how to convert to central. Everything was done within days and is working great. Angel has been available for any questions, concerns or to help in any way even after the job was done.
