I cannot say enough good things about Haddad Plumbing & Heating. We needed a natural gas hook-up for a generator, and could not have been more impressed. From the day they came to take a look at the site, to the communication in between, to the day the work was done...everything was top-notch. Steve and his co-worker Link...both extremely professional, reliable, kind, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to needing their services again and recommend them very highly.

Extremely unprofessional. Never showed up to my first appointment to change a valve in my apartment. I had arranged with my condo association to notify the entire building of a water shut off and Haddad plumbing did not respect the schedule. When they did arrive two days later AND 2.5 hours later than discussed, they sent one person instead of the two they originally promised. The plumber asked me to help assist him with the job. I paid $500 for a simple job and I had to help too. Spoke with Alex Tsirulnik at corporate about compensation to which he was of no use. More worried about pocketing the money than customer satisfaction. Would not recommend - find a plumber somewhere else that is professional and respects your time.

Haddad Heating came out very quickly and had the knowledge and tools to immediately fix my heating issue. They were very professional and efficient. I have used Haddad Plumbing for over six years when issues arise. I give them five stars!

This company doesn’t provide services in Newark according to their customer service representative, despite being located in Newark. The rep couldn’t give me a good reason why. Very disappointing.

This company provides a very thorough and professional service. We needed a rooftop (RTU) unit to be replaced, as the old one died after 14 years. The new unit had to be lifted by crane to the roof of the building. John (Service Manager) at Haddad responded quickly. He immediately ordered and procured the new unit. He navigated the city permit process (which is a real hassle!), procured the crane, organized the street closing, no parking signs and the required off-duty police officer for the installation day. He communicated and coordinated everything with my condo's management company. We literally did not have to do anything.

On the day of installation all went seamlessly. Joe (the Supervisor), was smooth in executing on every step of the job. He was efficient, patient and answered all of our questions. He made the day painless.

Bottom line, these guys really care and are focused on the customer. Or course we will recommend Haddad to our friends and neighbors.

I was hired for marketing and PR manager position during COVID-19. I was then temporary laid off due to COVID-19. I was told that I’ll be returning back to my position on June 11 after inquiring regarding what the plan would be for my return I was told that I would not be returning due to budget cuts. I did some research and I saw they posted my position on May 30. No one consulted with me asking me to take a pay cut which I would’ve because I have a family or even giving me a heads that they are going towards a different direction. I believe that speaks volumes as to how unprofessional HR and the owner is. The reviews regarding this company is very very true. Do not waste your time working for this company

Haddad Plumbing is AMAZING and responsive and an excellent value service provider! Link is the technician who came to my Hoboken home and he was sooooo knowledgeable and quick with a massive pipe breakage and water issue I had. I will recommend them to everyone! Look no further for all of your plumbing/heating/repair needs!!! THANK YOU HADDAD : )

Worst company to work for, work with, ever. Owner needs a lot of therapy and lots of anger management
