I called AME when my shower was leaking and the water was not getting hot. They were polite and helpful on the phone. We scheduled for someone to come out. They called prior to their arrival to inform me that they were on their way and they were on-time! They were dressed professionally and were respectful of my home. They fixed my issue, charged a great price and cleaned up. I would use them again and again.

Mike N. was great! He was very professional and honest. My toilet needed a minor repair to stop it from running. He fixed that easily and noticed that the handle was also having issues. He tested it thoroughly. He explained what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. I ultimately chose not to fix that additional issue and never felt pressured into making that decision immediately. I trusted him as a subject matter expert. Great service overall with AME.

Even made sure the stove fit in place and fixed the problems Home Depot employees caused during installation of the stove.
