My husband and I had a shower faucet leaking a lot of hot water. Contacted AME via their website and got a quick response from Nicole. Setting up the service we needed was fast and easy. James was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront about what the repair would entail. He and Dustin got the job done well, even though our (older) house had a challenging set-up. Met Mark while he was repairing my neighbors plumbing. After he finished he came by and gave me an estimate for some small repairs that the previous owner never finished. His team came back the next day and did a great job without making a huge mess. I will definitely call AME next time I have a plumbing issue.

I have used AME twice in the past month due to a series of unfortunate events with getting new floors installed that caused two separate leaks in my pipes. In both situations they responded quickly. The first situation we knew where the leak was since my floors where up and getting replaced. The hammering etc caused a supply line joint to come loose. AME sent James that day and he repaired the leak. The second leak occurred weeks later and was due to a nail hole from the baseboard installation in the pvc pipe. This required locating the leak and leak repair. James did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Hopefully this is the end of the saga with leaky pipes from my hardwood floor installation. Highly recommend AME!

Replacement of my Navien unit. James and Dustin were phenomenal. Very professional and knowledgeable. I live in a century old house with a lot of challenges. They were up to the task and got it done in spite of the challenges. They went the extra mile to repair what was not done correctly 10 years ago. I will call them for anything. Reasonable priced so worth using them.
