Dave - the technician showed up right on time at 8am to investigate a number of problems we were having with our new hvac system. It became quickly clear that Dave really knows his stuff as he looked at the systems and ductwork. He ended up discovering some of the ductwork was done incorrectly (e.g. living room vents on basement trunk) and fixed imbalances in a number of zones. He also went the extra mile advising us about the filters we should be using and frequency of change (we have dogs - change them more frequently due to hair/dander), telling us to register our equipment to get the free extended warranty coverage, letting us know we could connect to our HVAC via our iphones which we didn't know and more. Super knowledgeable, very nice and I would highly recommend using them.

Excellent service from everyone that came by, and Samantha was always patient with all my questions over the phone. I was calling on behalf of my grandfather, who was already frustrated! Previously he had contacted another company for repairs and paid hundreds of dollars for them to replace pieces and not even tell us the system should have just been replaced because it was too old. Air management was honest with us and took the time to explain, in detail, why a new unit was needed, so we wouldn't keep sinking more money into repairs. Thankfully Air Management has very fair financing options since my grandfather is on a fixed income. Everyone from Air Management was terrific since I was dealing with this out of state, from Samantha in the office to the first technician that came out and the people that installed the unit. Cameron and Kurt worked quickly and efficiently to get the new unit up and running before the temperature dropped. We thank you!

Recently moved into a new home and was unhappy with how loud the first floor unit was when running at full capacity.
