Air Management Heating & Air Conditioning

This was the first time I used Air Management Heating and Cooling after I researched authorized installers. I spoke with Nick Sorrentino over the phone who gathered all my information, arrived later that day at my home to assess the job and validate installation details. He explained the unit I would be purchasing, the requirements for install and advised he would provide me with a top installer. The official quote arrived first thing in the morning. Everything he stated was accurate and assured me the proper permits will be filed. I verified with East Brunswick Construction that they have filed permits in the past. I was sold. Within 2 days based on my request, a new unit was installed. Since I could not be there a friend who was an electrical contractor oversaw the project. He stated Kurt and his partner did an exceptional job. They were neat, efficient, and had a clear knowledge of the equipment and what needed to be done . They were true professionals. In fact, he plans on using them for his own house. I used multiple HVAC in the 27 years living in East Brunswick. I am happy to find that there are other vendors out there that have a genuine concern for customers.

Air Management was recommended to us by a friend to help install our brand-new second floor air conditioner. After speaking with Dave we decided to add in head as well. Dave was very professional, courteous and answer all our questions. We were also very happy and impressed with Kurt and the whole installation team, they were very experienced, knowledgeable and nice.

The service man was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He was obviously knowledgeable and I felt he was focused on making sure our HVAC units were serviced and ready for the season. I had similar experience with the prior service man during last year’s inspection and service. I would have no problem recommending these people to friends.

Sam is excellent interms of communication and giving advice over the phone first. She even directed on troubleshooting over the phone before sending Dave out for service. Dave came in time , gave me heads up before coming in and provided detailed analysis of the issue. He was able to identify the issue right away and provided effective resolution.

We had an appointment set for Dave to come out to our house to rebalance the system. Not only did Dave call prior to him coming out to confirm the appointment but he was on time and very helpful during our meeting. He helped us with answer an questions we had but he was very polite and a can do attitude. He helped us understand how the system worked which no one else had take the time to do so. Please ask for Dave, he is an all-star!

This was my first time using Air Management and I am happy that I did. Dave came by and he was very professional, courteous, and reassuring. Dave did not mind that I looked over his shoulder and he answered all of my questions too. He showed me some things about my heating unit that I was unaware of. He was very honest and quickly resolved my issue. He also took his time to look at the heating system for wear and tear and to see if I needed to address anything in the near term. Fortunately, I did not. Although I don't look forward to my next service call, I will certainly make sure I call Air Management when I do!

Service department was very patient and understanding. Service Technician James"Jimmy" was more than outstanding, took his time to explain the entire system and check everything until he came to the problem and he had the solution. Jimmy also has such a helpful, friendly disposition that let any concerns go away. EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE!!!*****+

I’ve been a customer with Air Management for many years now. They service both my home and businesses. They are extremely professional, cleanly, trustworthy and reliable. I’ve gotten to know many of the technicians and feel completely comfortable with them working in my house unsupervised. I highly recommend!

Air Management installed my new air conditioner and showed us how to control it and tested it to make sure it is working before leaving. They came on time and the installation was smooth and they removed the old air conditioner machine. I would recommend them.

Dave & Steve did an awesome job resolving a nagging noise problem and condensation issue in our HAVC system. They were able to quickly identify and resolve both issues. Very professional and courteous service. Will be calling them back for future system maintenance needs!
