Air Management Heating & Air Conditioning

We had to use this company due to our system being under warranty and at first I was skeptical. We waited some days for a call back to schedule appointment, although we were told someone in their office had called me and sent an email I never received either nor was a voice-mail left so I feel like they can due better in that dept. Now it's day off appointment and Dave was our mechanic. Dave was 10 mins early and patiently waited for me to return home a few mins later. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with our home system needs plus he cleaned any debris left behind which was much appreciated. Thanks for your help. 5 stars for Dave

3 other HVAC companies looked at my system and were not able to diagnose my problem. Jimmi was the first to spend the time to look thoroughly through my system, look up manufacturers specs, and figure out the issues. I am an engineer in a related field so I know Jimmy really knew his stuff. He even called back later to tell me some additional info he researched after the visit. I will definitely call again when any HVAC issues arise in the future.

My Ac was not working on the hottest day of the year, air management sent Dave out to my house and he was amazing! He knew exactly what he was talking about and fixed my AC in no time. I am so thankful! Thank you Dave!!

Great service, timely and professional, they installed a steam humidifier for us and did a great job and we do our yearly maintenance with them as well. They always do a great job, and also excellent customer service.

The team at Air Managrment was very responsive and worked to fit us in for a service appointment same day. Dave quickly diagnosed and made adjustments to our air vents to help balance out airflow to rooms not getting enough heat. Great service and advice before a holiday weekend.

Dave came to help us out this morning with our heating issues. . He was very informative and readjusted our air flow. He also helped us to switch the direction of the vents and was able to level our condensing unit... a task we have been asking to be completed for months.... he was able to take care of this in a matter of minutes. He was professional, pleasant and attentive to our concerns. A true asset to the company!

We're experienced Air Management customers for we've had some bad luck but thanks to the incredible staff at Air Management we're still comfortable in our home. From the initial consultation where they determined a recall existed on our York system that they replaced in a timely manner. Then came time to upgrade to Carrier which they offered at an exceptional value. They continue to respond immediately to service calls and their techs are patient and understanding of the stress involved in the loss of one's hvac system. Even today a tech called and guided me through diagnostics that repaired our air conditioning in time for the heat. Highly recommend Air Management and remain thankful to their incredible staff.
