Ross is an honest, hard working individual, and excellent at his profession. He is patient, cleans up, respectful of me and my home. He is easy to connect with and follows up accordingly. Contract execution was excellent, he covered the scope of work and took extra time to program my new thermometer for me. He and his employees were on-time to the job site and called if they were going to be delayed. His pricing is competitive with other companies in the area. I will continue to use ARK and can highly recommend them for installation and/or service.
