My central air stopped working yesterday &i called North Park this morning. Ron got back to me right away and let me know he'd try to get here if other appointments allowed. He was here within 3 hours, very polite and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell anything, had it fixed in sort order. They will get all my business going forward and I'll recommend them to everyone. So pleased!

I called Ron and set an appointment to get a quote from him on an American Standard AC. He was busy so we had to schedule 4 days in advance.

I had 3 other quotes from other companies, but preferred an American Standard unit to replace my AC that went out.

15 minutes before the 8:00AM appointment on a Saturday morning for my quote Ron calls me and tells me “I’m not going to do your job”. Then proceeds to tell me to have a nice day.

Sure would have been nice to know he wasn’t going to do another AC install before I waited 4 days during a 95 degree heat wave.

Ron installed my AC, furnace and water heater for very reasonable prices. Today I awoke to a freezing cold house I called Ron, he came out diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace quickly (bad circuit board). I would not hesitate to recommend North Park to family and friends.

My mother is 95 years old and was having an issue with her heat. Called North Park Heating and within the hour, they came and had it fixed in no time flat! Hats off to Ron Baker! He was very respectful and friendly with my mother! He was also very efficient! He showed and explained the process to me, her daughter, what the issue was, what he did and also how often this process should be done. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Will DEFINITELY be calling them again for any future furnace services and any issues my mother may have!😃

Ron has done work on my furnace and installed an Aprilaire humudification system in my house. North Park Heating is super reliable, friendly, professional and affordable. The owner is very nice, and knows what to do. A fast fix at a reasonable price. He helps me with all my rental properties. Landords call him for help because he knows his job.

We had problems with our a/c unit and he was quick to respond and come out. That is where the positives stop. He didn't take my concerns seriously when I told him the a/c wouldn't go below 74 degrees and it would with no problem prior to the issues starting. Instead, he told me 74 degrees is a nice temperature for a home. He checked the temp of the unit and of the air flow and told me nothing was wrong and charged me $70 for 8 minutes of "work." Problems didn't fix and we called someone else who took the time to identify and correct the problem. I originally chose this company based on the Google reviews, so I wanted to give an accurate review. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They're very good at what they do and they are also very prompt, friendly and honest. I would definitely recommend them. One other thing they are not "expensive "
