If you want a honest, reasonably priced and responsive HVAC technician, call Neil at Hallmark Heating and AC. Hallmark's pricing was much lower than the other two quotes I received for a heat pump install.

Here we are on Christmas Eve and here came Neil Hall of Hallmark Heating and Air. Neil was amazingly responsive and came straight away. Our boiler is working again, and we now have heat in the house again! Thanks so much for the quick repair and the friendly service!

I left two messages. Didn’t receive a call back till my daughter called. Then I got a call apologizing which I understood because of the season. Said he would call me back and four to five days followed up and said he has another job in my area and would let me know. Said call me Sunday or Monday with the details. Course now next Saturday and no follow up. Currently I would not recommend, based no return / follow up calls.

I called after reading the reviews. The reviews were accurate and true. Neil returned my call promptly and I scheduled an appointment to service my non working furnace. He arrived on time and identified the problem in 10 minutes. The furnace was up and running shortly after. He is professional and honest! I will use him again if needed!

Neil was absolutely amazing! My heat was not working and it was supposed to drop to 2° that night. Even though I am sure he was busy, he was at my house within an hour to fix it! He had all the necessary parts and explained everything as he went! He couldn’t have been any nicer. I highly recommend using Neil, you will not be disappointed!!!

Neil was very attentive, professional and got the job done well in a timely manner. He was very informative throughout the process and able to communicate exactly what was happening. It was a breath of fresh air after a competing company (Won't name names) had charged just as much to tell me I needed my entire unit replaced and continued to up-sell me on any general maintenance. I highly recommend Hallmark they do excellent work. I called around and had a different company give me a price to fix my furnace, which was very close to cost of new. My son told me to call Neil at Hallmark, as he has had nothing but the best service from them at very reasonable prices. I did just that and I will never use anyone else. Neil was very prompt, he came out and found a broken wire on my circuit board. He was able to resolder it and saved me the cost of a new board. Thanks for being so honest Neil. You saved me a lot of money and being retired living on a fixed income, just makes my life a lot less stressful.

A couple of days ago Neil, came on over and replace the central air system in my mom house. He kept open communications with my mother. Thanks for being so honest Neil. He was very efficient with time and got the job done right the first time. My mom was very happy with the service. She told me that she fells very conferable trusting Neil! Thank you Sir!
