I've never written a review before, but after the great customer service i've had with Tanous HVAC, i had to leave one. There's currently a heat wave, my home was over 90 degrees and my landlord was not getting back to my emails about my ac not working. I called Tanous, i explained to Chris the situation. Even though they were booked for 3 days, he went out of his way to pull employees to send over immediately. Great customer service, friendly and i would recommend these guys any day of the week
I would highly recommend Tanous for all of HVAC needs. They were able to help install a new furnace the day after ours died in the middle of the summer. Alex was very responsive, even took the time to FaceTime to help diagnose the issues the night our AC stopped working.
I've had a very good response with my interactions with Tanous HVAC. The owner is very very responsive to your least concern. The dispatcher, Chris, is very professional, and answers phone calls promptly, giving you his undivided attention in what is obviously a very busy office. I would not hesitate to recommend Tanous if you have an HVAC problem or just need to establish a regular maintenance plan.
I was having an issue with the AC in my condo that I rent out. It seemed like the motor was slow and the transformer was getting hot. There are two tenants and they have pets so I was anxious to get things fixed. The workers that came out - Todd and a helper - were very knowledgable, clean and professional. They rigged to to work till they were able to order and get the new part. The part came in and they fit an appointment in their schedule so that my tenants would have AC. I really appreciated how quickly they attended to everything. Alex went above and beyond explaining the bill and making sure I was satisfied . I highly recommend them if you need HVAC repair.

Honesty, transparent and customer satisfaction number one on their list— many companies wouldn’t touch my unique heating system but they worked diligently crunching numbers and answering all my questions. Do not hesitate in using them -
They were wonderful! Initially, we were concerned having our HVAC system repaired during the pandemic, but they were so considerate and on top of things that we were immediately put at ease. Everyone wore masks and booties inside and kept a safe distance. They were super fast and efficient, even when it became clear that our apartment layout provided challenges to completing the repair. They came up with a solution onsite that not only allowed them to get it done in one day, but keep the job under budget. Which was an added bonus since they already came in way lower than any of their competitors. Would highly recommend Tanous HVAC to anyone living in Hoboken area.
I had a radiator that was leaking water and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I left a note via their website, and Chris called me a couple of hours later. It was a late Wednesday afternoon, and they said their next availability was Friday morning between 9 am and 12 pm. They send a technician a little bit before 9, he took a look and said we would need a new valve and pipe. (Also really appreciated that he put shoe covers over his work boots so as to not scuff up our floor). He left for about an hour to pick up some parts but he was able to fix it the same day. We had another radiator with the same problem, which he got done within a few hours as well. The total cost was $650, which I don't think was too terrible. Overall, communication with Chris was quick and easy. Service was good too, since the radiator is not leaking anymore! Definitely would recommend Tanous HVAC.
