I would definitely recommend ADE! Professionalism from the start! From the first phone conversation we had, we were told the supervisor would call us when she got back to the office to let us know if a technician was in the area. We heard from her immediately and "Mark" our technician come out that day to see what the problem was. He immediately knew it was the coils, which were still under warranty and he would order them and then be back to fix it. We made the phone call to ADE because our C/AC which wasn't even 3 years old and wasn't cooling. The ORIGINAL person who installed it, wasn't really sure what the problem was, but he ordered a part of what he thought it MIGHT be, would call us back when he received it, and come back and fix it. Well, he never called, so we called him and he would not pick up the phone or return our 3 phone calls. So, again I want to send a big THANK YOU to ADE and especially MARK!!
