I have been using Air Professionals for over 12 years. They do a thorough job and their maintenance they are always professional and very kind and courteous people.

Antonio was very professional and thorough on the annual maintenance visit. You could tell that he was well trained by his attention to detail on the testing and service. I had been having problems with my burner and humidifier that a previous company had not been able to resolve. Antonio listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues. I would highly recommend Air Professionals.

All employees (two new installs, repairs, maintenance over 15 yrs) I've ever met from Air Professionals were exactly that: professional, courteous, and within the timeframe given.

They had installed our HVAC system with a previous owner. Today when it's 96 degrees down it turned off and wouldn't turn on. I called Air professionals and they called me back in MINUTES and the guy was on his way a few minutes following that! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & educated us on what happened, why, and how to prevent it. Will be using from now on! Highly recommend!!!!

Anthony was professional and courteous when he arrived on time to do AC maintenance on our 2 units. He did a thorough job and the units are now working within the cooling range. He was also very neat and knowledgeable about the HVAC.

Have been using Air Professionals for about 15 years and would not call anyone else. They have installed an entire heating and air conditioning system and I have never had any problems . They have a reasonably priced maintenance program and after 14 years, I finally had to replace a part, however with the age of the unit , it was
inevitable. I called last night and Greg LeRose came out this morning and I was good to go in less than an hour. He was friendly, well informed and efficient. Great company and great service.

I just had the best experience with Air Professionals! I am not one to write reviews, but the care and service I received was outstanding and deserving of the time it takes to write this review. From start to finish I felt they cared. Julia at the office listened to my questions and concerns and followed up quickly with an explanation of what was needed as well as the cost information. Our issue was not emergent but I was able to get a service appointment in less than 24 hours. When the technician, Drew, showed up, he put his shoe-covers on without question and was polite, professional, and made sure I understood everything he did. He was extremely knowledgable and I felt I could trust him and his work. Thank you Air Professionals! I will be recommending you to everyone!

Doug did a great and thorough job on our furnace tune-ups today. This company is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also of great importance, they are very honest in their assessments and in their pricing. We highly recommend Air Professionals.

Update: Tom was here today to do our annual air conditioning tune-ups. He did an excellent job. This company and all their team members are consistently top of the line in all areas on every visit. We highly recommend.

Andrew and Antonio were amazing! They came out for 1 issue, found a major safety issue that needed to be addressed, which they did in a minimal amount of time. Then they fixed both the furnace and the AC. They are so professional, as well as reasonable priced. They’ve been patient as they worked with us via our Home Warranty company. We just can’t say enough great things about this company, and Andrew and Antonio specifically! Thanks!
