Greg and co-worker arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They had a replacement part on their truck and within a short time the system was back up and running.

Greg was very knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. We discussed my issues with the warranty service as if we had shared experience. He encouraged me to share my concerns about the pricing with people at the office and gave me who to speak with. Indeed, the person I spoke with took the time to listen, consult, and come up with a slight break based on our conversation.

We have had a couple of technicians come to our house for maintenance and repairs. Each time the tech was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Their service is great and price is too! Happy we found them to service our heating and cooling needs! Great company all around!

John showed up on time and found the problem with our aged central AC system quickly. At first it looked like a major problem but he kept digging and was able to make the repair without any expensive parts. Considering the temp in the house was 87 degrees, his effort was appreciated. A/C quit late yesterday afternoon. Called 1st thing this morning. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Tech was here by 1:15pm, quickly diagnosed the problem and we're cooling off as I type this. Highly recommend them.
