I had a top notch experience with Air Professionals. I was impressed with their attention to detail. Sean performed the estimate and pointed out several issues and improvements that could be made that other companies had not noticed. These were written into the estimate, I believe at no additional cost. He was extremely knowledgeable about heat/ac HVAC replacements. Three installers performed the compressor and heat/ac replacements. There was a foreman and 2 others who all were very proficient. They were extremely courteous and mindful of protecting our wood floors and carpeting. They took time to answer all of my questions, some while standing in a sweltering attic on a 90 degree July day without a trace of annoyment on their part. This was an A+ experience.

I have been using this company for about 10 years for maintenance and repairs. I recently had them clean our airducts and vents and install a full home air cleaner which has worked very well and there is a noticeable difference in the decrease of allergy symptoms The technicians are all professional and knowledgeable and the support staff is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

Communication was top-notch and Kemp was very thorough in his inspection of our system and explained everything he was doing and clearly knew his stuff. We used Air Professionals recently when our A/C stopped working. They were able to provide service quickly. Our technician, Antonio C, was professional and courteous. He was on time and had everything working again very quickly.

Tech Anthony was prompt, professional and shared all obvervations after performing thurough annual maintenance.

Antonio and John performed a follow up service on our ductless unit to check the freon pressure and see if there were any system leaks. All checked out fine.
