I called and spoke with Mr. Patrick Al-Janadi and explained to him that I want to get a leaking faucet fixed. He was soft spoken, assuring and sounded nice. He came in and promised that he will do the best job. I ask him about his charges a couple of times but he kept saying that he wont charge much, that he is a good man and a professional.

Over a period of two days, he fixed the leak. I was happy and i felt he did a competent job. Then came the money, he asked 450$ for labor and material.
He provided a receipt for the material which cost 100.36$ which also included a metal cutter blade which is a tool and shouldn't be included in the cost I think.
This cost was just beyond my budget and there was not way for me to afford that. He graciously agreed to replace back the old part as there was no room for negotiation for him. The best he offered was 425$.
I had no other option but to ask him to replace old parts knowing very well that I will have to bear the wrath.

And then as soon as I agreed to going back to what it was, the graciousness vanished. He hastily put back stuff and left. he outrightly declined to wait till it could be tested. As a result I was left with even bigger leak and the worst service experience.

The lessons I learned from this:
Will I ever go to him for service?: Never.
Will I ever fall for a service providers word that "he wont charge me lot"?: Never

The best service I have ever seen.
