Very poor communication through the whole install and they destroyed my walls. Even after I discussed the install with the crew prior to limit damage. They didn’t follow what was discussed due to lack of supervision and nobody running the job. System was installed over 6 months ago and still doesn’t work well. Half our ducts don’t even blow air. We spent over 20k for a horribly inefficient system. We are spending twice as much on electricity because the system runs constantly. They have been back to attempt to fix this MANY times and still the same result. I also suspect what was sold was not all installed... do not use them. They are not honest and do not stand behind there work. Still a horrible company. Stay away of the scam..

Review: It was a new HVAC system with duct-work to replace existing duct-work under the concrete slab of a house built in the 1950's. The new system with duct-work in the attic works well and we are very pleased with the value and quality of the equipment and workmanship. We would highly recommend Energy Tech to prospective homeowners seeking a modern and effective but economical HVAC solution. Thanks to Frank, Hip and Joey.

Hip diagnosed issue of "no heat" and "inactive thermostat" remotely over the telephone for me this morning and pinpointed the source of the problem. Heating was restored immediately after properly securing the panels. Power to thermostat resumed and we are so thankful for Hip's help. I know now what I need to check after replacing the filter. Many thanks to Hip!!

Met with one of their engineers, Frank, to determine how best to add central air to my +100 year old house last year. Obviously this poses a lot more challenges than your average cookie-cutter house, but he was not phased at all. He drew up a very competitive quote, and when I approved it, the team showed up not long afterward. They worked quick and hard to get everything done in just a few days, and the system I got has been super energy efficient! I'm even considering having them back to do an expansion this year, as they did a good job the first time around.

After interviewing several different HVAC companies, I felt most comfortable with Energy Tech Heating and Air. I was wanting to install central air conditioning to my 1927 Tudor home. I had no existing duct work or central ac. I made an appointment to have them come out to give me an estimate. Mason arrived on time as scheduled, and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time evaluating the job and taking all the appropriate measurements. He gave me several options and suggestions. I decided to go with a unit in the attic to cool the second floor and a second unit in the basement to cool the first floor. After the job was written up and emailed to me, I was able to schedule the install. On the first day, Hip arrived and we decided where to place the registers. Hip was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I was always able to reach both Mason and Hip at anytime via phone or email. The guys came to install the duct work and the units over the next few days. They were all very respectful of my home and very nice. They cleaned up each day and left everything better than they found it. Joey, was there each day to build the duct work and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very professional and knowledgable and I could see the care they all put into their work. The job was completed just in time for the hot summer months. It has been amazing and I am truly happy with the work they did and I LOVE my new central AC. It's the best thing I've ever done. They are also available after the completion of the job should you have any questions or concerns. I am completely happy with Energy Tech Heating and Air, Inc, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Mason, Hip, Joey and Yesha for a job well done! Energy Tech replaced a year ago one of my furnaces and AC. The work was well done, very professional. They have been maintaining all units I have since, with great satisfaction. They are straight to the point and efficient.

These guys are pros. Furnace/AC replacement was done quickly with exemplary craftsmanship. One thing that really sets apart these guys is that they value their relationship with clients - they spent quite a bit of time and helped me with getting the state rebate long after installation was done and paid for.

We needed to update heating and AC system.Even though I contacted few places, I found Frank Tafaro the sales Representative very professional and knowledgeable He came with options and suggestions and with competitive prices. My project was coordinated by the office staff. Very friendly group. All done in time and very professionally. Very satisfied. This harsh winter was withered happily .

I called Energy Tech to service my heating system. I have a old oil boiler and it suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. They sent their technician first thing, the next morning at 6am. He was very professional and was able to get the system back on within an hour.

I would highly recommend this company.

They have a very nice sales person, but once you sign the contract and pay the money a very unprofessional company shows up to do some halfassed work. If you don't care about bad messy work in your boiler room or attic then they could be your guys. If you care that the job is done right and will last, then STAY AWAY from this trap.

Contractor was very professional. Employees cleaned up after finishing their work every day. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. And this company has incentive for energy efficiency equipment.
