I've used R & Q HVAC in the past and was really satisfied withe their work. two days ago my air conditioner stopped working. They came the next day and fastly fixed it. very convenient price and very professional service as I knew from the previous time. I highly recommed this fine company.

I rearranged my schedule to make an appointment for this company to survey my ceiling and a very nice gentleman by the name of Sam came by to take measurements of the duct work needed to be done on my commercial space. He said he would let his boss know to email me and give me a quote. I’ve called the office everyday for 1 week and spoke to 3 different customer service agents, who by the way, are horrible at their profession. They all told me that they have given their manager the message to send me a quote. One lady seemed annoyed that I’ve been calling all week to get a simple quote so they can begin work on my new space. The nice gentleman named Sam then gave me the owner’s direct number. Owner goes by Mike. Mike apologized both times when I called and said he will send me the quote. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received a phone call or email in regards to this mystery quote. I guess this is God’s way of letting me know to stay far away from this company.

It was a genuine pleasure dealing with the tech. He was on-time, thorough, and knowledgeable, and he patiently explained everything about our system that we needed to know in order to make repairs and upgrades. I can't say enough what a pleasant experience it was to deal with. Great experience,Indeed!!

They quickly assessed the situation, graciously offered a number of remedies, and quickly took care of the issue. I appreciate the excellent service. While our region was experiencing a heat wave, the A/C system was swiftly inspected and serviced before the weekend. Excellent workmanship, a fantastic warranty, and flawless service!

They did an incredible job installing 4 ductless mini splits in our house for a very reasonable price. they came to do the estimate, and they oversaw the whole project in detail. They were friendly and professional, and did great quality work.
