Tom and his team recently installed ac and heat in our 100 yr old building. He came up with a clever solution and the install went smoothly and looks and works great. We previously used these guys for a new furnace in our home and they came in with the right price and 2 yrs later it’s still great.

I gave it 1 stars because Tom came out right away when I had no AC in the middle of the summer. I trusted his word when I asked if I could use my existing duct work since I am a teacher and do not get paid in the summer. I was told yes. Had issues with heat he called back said my voicemail was full. I checked it it was fine. I finally got to talk to him a week laterj when he answered my email. I asked when he could fix it. I thought the new system was attached to the old. You would think right? Wrong....and was told he would not come out to fix it and it would be about 600 for a repair and 3500 to replace and suggested I should call someone else. How is that for customer service. Talk about being taken advantage of. He saw a single working woman boy oh boy wish I would never had used them. Beware people. I tried to upload pictures of the unattached duct work.

Airmaster has been wonderful - the best hvac company we have dealt with. Every member of their team has been wonderful. They are responsive, honest and try to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. Five stars here!
