Richie has been our families HVAC company for 15 years (he does the maintenance 2x per year). I bought a house and had a ton of questions about replacing an oil furnace with gas. He called me while on vacation to answer them even though I was using another company due to logistics. Who does that today? Someone who genuinely cares about the relationships he has built with his clients.

I would recommend him to anyone and tell you he treats his clients like old friends and family. You couldn't get a better or more honest company. He and his son are simply the best. Take it to the bank!!

I built my home fourteen years ago and used an Air Conditioning contractor (whose name will not be mentioned) and had problems with the upstairs zone from the beginning. After having to replace the condenser (not the problem) at an expense of $2500.00 the problem only got worse. My upstairs system continually broke down and froze up. I had a couple of different companies look at the problem but they did not know what to do. Richie’s Heating and Air “THOROUGHLY” inspected my entire system and determined the cause of the problem, (Bad Design) and made the recommendations of what is needed to fix the problem. They up graded everything and installed new larger supply ducts to the existing ceiling boxes, a few new supplies and added a 14”central return to remedy the restricted airflow problem that was at the root of the issue. Our new system is quiet and cool and does not sound like it is struggling all the time. Even better is the fact that my wife is now a happy camper. I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism and integrity of these men. A1+
