Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . Great service and very nice guys highly recommend best company we have dealt with 15 years in Montclair

I called Tom and he made it over to our site in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with both of our times. He was able to diagnose our issues in a matter of minutes. Very excellent service and very friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

In the middle of winter, my furnace stopped working, AND my tub faucet also started dripping. Tom from Bargotti came to the rescue to help solve both issues. He did some trouble shooting on the furnace, testing different potential causes, and keeping me well informed along the way. I asked to be walked through the troubleshooting first-hand, and I figured he would probably hate that - but actually Tom is a super friendly guy, and it was fun to learn about the furnace components and joke around with him. That was fixed pretty quickly.

Then the tub took a bit more effort - The poor guy was trying to save me money by reusing components in the existing plumbing setup, but it just wasn't working. But since he was letting me be so nosy as he was troubleshooting, I learned a lot along the way! :-) Thanks for being so thoughtful with explanations and thorough with the work!

Tom recently performed the heating maintenance to my house. Tom was professional and extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of the units. He is trustworthy and honest! An asset to the company

They came by our house in Montclair pretty late at night and fixed our central air . Very reasonable rates and got the job done quickly and they gave us a few tips for maintaining the system . Highly recommend.

I wanted to fix my A/C system vent and do some regular maintenance before the summer gets here, so I made a call to bargotti and for some general inquiries. They were very professional over the phone, so I took a chance and I’m happy I did. They came on time, got the job done and gave me additional tips on maintenance for the system.
