First when I needed service, no one picked up. Left VM, but no response so I went with someone else. Then, I encountered a guy driving the company van on JFK. He was breaking lights and almost got into an accident twice - which would've been his fault but he didn't seem to care. Instead he was smirking all along and had people sitting with him. The sense of entitlement was real. Pathetic souls.

Amazing service from Angelo from Pascale Plumbing and Heating and on a Saturday too! We called desperate because our well water suddenly stoped, no running water, no bathrooms working, etc! Angelo came within an hour of calling and assessed the problem and quickly fixed it!

Highly recommend, total professional and fair in price!
