10 Stars! Had some work done by a "new" plumber advertised on Facebook who took my money and ran. I called Pettigrew and explained my issue, they sent someone to my house within an hour to correct the issue free of charge!!! Hard lesson learned but something good came out of it in the end. Highly recommend.

Tex was amazing! He was on time and explained in terms I could understand what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. I also asked him about some other issues that I have going on with plumbing in my house and we came up with a game plan. He was efficient and professional. I first contacted Ben over a year ago after I noticed a water stain on my ceiling and he came out to see me and to fix my problem immediately. He is upfront, honest, responsive and transparent when it came to cost. Most recently I had the pleasure of meeting Tex who came to fix our outdoor shower and to install a new outdoor faucet. Tex was on time, honest, very competent and efficient. I should mention that Tex was schedule to come out the week before but was not able to. Ben was proactive and reached to let me know and to reschedule. I highly recommend Pettigrew Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are customer focused and very responsive and most importantly do good work.

I am happy to recommend this company. From the first contact, I was able to speak directly with a person to schedule the work. The plumber arrived within the two hour time slot, and parked so our driveway was accessible for us to come and go. Texas completed the primary work well. He advised us on the secondary task, offering an immediate solution and leaving quotes if we decided to have the work done. I will certainly call Pettigrew again!

I got bids from 7 HVAC companies, due in part to the complexity of my job and the number of possible solutions. Pettigrew was the clear winner throughout the process. They offered the best solution at a great price. I enjoyed my interactions with Eric (manager) and the onsite installers Tyler and Jordan. If you need HVAC work, I recommend you give them a call.

Scope of work was remove and replace 3 Swan Stone bathroom vanities and faucets. Steve and James did the first 2 exceptionally well and Tony did the special order 3rd one also exceptionally well. A pleasure to have your talented professionals in our home. Well done. PS: Karen is a keeper.
