We were aware that our water treatment system might be bad, as the old company that we bought it from went out of business. Kyle got the water tested and everything was bad, and who knows for how long the old system was inadequate. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, it was a necessary expense. The new system is awesome and Kyle did an impeccable job on the installation. He is truly our water guy (boy)!

Ethical Pro installed a new A/C & Furnace along with some duct work. Mike and his team were great, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them.

A circuit board on my HVAC system broke overnight so our heat was not working. Ethical Home Pro was able to get a replacement board and have our heat up and running within a few hours of my call. The service tech was very professional and took care to maintain social distancing safety precautions without having to be asked. I will definitely call them again the next time I need any kind of HVAC service.

My furnace stopped working unexpectedly last week. I called ethical HomePro and they made time to come out that day! Unfortunately, my furnace needed to be replaced, and the company was so accommodating with my schedule, my condo association, and their time! From the first person I spoke to to the last they were all wonderful! Price was fair and they made me a priority!

This is the best, most reliable company there is.. not only were they on the lower end price wise, the quality of what they use is top notch and they’re customer service is outstanding! Any questions I had they answered before, during, and EVEN after! One of the owners Mike is seriously awesome. Ask any question and he is on top of walking you through how to help. I felt so comfortable with this company and I’m so happy I picked them to put in my central air.

My central air was not working. I called and they were able to send a technician the next day (others I called said it would be a week). The technician arrived on time and had a equipment right on his truck to fix. I was so impressed I signed up for their service plans.
