Ethical Home Pro

We had a boiler install a year ago by Ethical Home pro. Mike met with me to check our current system and talk about the three choices he recommended for a new system. I made the appointment for the install, I got a call to verify the appointment and they showed up at the date and time of the appointment. They installed the new boiler in a day. The install came with the first maintenance free. They called me a year later and made the appointment on the day I requested. I got a call a few days before and an amazing thing happened, again, they showed up at the time of the appointment. I highly recommend Ethical Home Pro.

The guys from Ethical Pro were a real pleasure to have come into my home. They were polite, on-time, extremely competent, and their work and attitude was first rate. They did everything they said that they would and even pointed out things we didn't know we needed done. From Mike, who did the estimate, to Brandon and Brian who did the install, and ending with Kyle who did the final pressure test on inspection day, these guys were the best.

I recently installed an above ground pool with a Hayward natural gas heater. They ran the natural gas line (I dug the trench), hooked up the heater and made sure it ran properly. They were extremely professional, competitively priced, punctual and honest. I would work with them again in a heart beat. Really appreciated the teams hard work and guidance through the process, permits, inspection and startup.

The previous HVAC company we used left us a bad taste in our mouths. This time around, I had to call 6 companies, read through their reviews, and compared prices before selecting Ethical Home Pro. From the receptionist, Brook, who answered the phone to the technician, Brian, who came out to perform the maintenance services says a lot about the company. I was thoroughly impressed! Best of all, the furnaces are more responsive now.

You can tell a lot about a company before set foot in their door just by the way their receptionist answers the phone or by how they treat you if you visit in person. Brook was very professional and pleasant from the start. She listened and not talk over the customer. I had to called her twice to ask question and she was not annoyed. Other company can learn a lot from her.

Brian, the technician, showed up right on time with his mask and the booties on to keep our house clean (we don’t wear shoes inside the house). He was thorough and knowledgeable in performing the maintenance, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. He did this on 3 furnaces (different brand) on two properties. One of the furnace was in the attic.

We noticed furnaces are definitely working better now and comes on immediately when adjusting the thermostat compared to before.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this company. Their price is reasonable. Skills, knowledge, and Customer service… they provide the best value! We will contact Ethical Home Pro to come back for AC maintenance in the summer.

I’ve used Ethical Home Pro for 2 different services. First they did a whole house Mittsubishi mini split system that was installed by the 2 guys that were incredible! Very meticulous, clean and polite. All there work looks amazing! The entire house is so nice and comfortable now even with the extremely hot summer we have had. I’m sure when it cools down the heat will be just as nice.
Secondly they installed a water softening system along with a salt water filtration system. My water pressure is better and the water is soft and clean! Every home should have this system, it’s a definite necessity!! Once again the installer was great. Very neat and clean and knowledgeable. This company has done great work on my new home and I will be using them for all future projects!

Our house was in complete shambles when we purchased it. We ended up purchasing and having a brand new heating system installed by Ethical HomePro. We also purchased a new hot water heater, water filtration, sediment filtration, well pump, and Central AC system. There is no one else I would call to take care of me and my family. The staff is friendly, reasonably priced, and on time with all appointments. I recommend all my friends and family use them!

The guys from Ethical Home Pro replaced our old and broken boiler with a new high efficiency system, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Everyone who worked at our house was very professional, very clean, and very friendly. Mike was great to work with - he laid out all of our options very clearly, helped us get the high efficiency loan through Eversource/NH Saves sorted out, and pretty much made things as easy as they could be. Our schedule was pretty hectic, but they were very flexible and managed to fit everything in despite our challenges. I absolutely recommend them.

The team was incredible to work with. Kyle installed a water softener and cleaned up my filter. He was professional and thorough. In addition the team was able to install my new water heater quickly and efficiently. Would recommend any day.

Everyone should run their businesses like this company does! These guys are extremely honest, fair, responsive, professional, clean, punctual and their follow up is impeccable as well. I had a separate business dealing with them in the past (not as a customer) so I knew about their excellent reputation and that they have their ducks in a row. We had gotten several other quotes and Ethical Home Pro was right in the middle and we chose them to replace our LP furnace and AC unit in November, then had them come back a couple of weeks ago to replace our water tank. Also, we had a separate damper issue that had been going on for years that could never get fixed by other companies and they went above and beyond (as with everything else) to troubleshoot and fix it in the midst of their busy season without any problem and it wasn't originally in the work order. We canmot say enough good things about Mike, Billy, Josh, Kyle and Sean! You guys are the best and we thank you!
