Ethical Home Pro

We had a 3 unit mini-split system installed a year ago and received several different quotes in the process. The Ethical Home Pro team worked with us to position the units exactly where we wanted versus the easier approach. They took their time, were very courteous, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. A year in, we couldn't be happier with the performance and the routine follow-up.

I called Ethical Home Pro regarding a furnace tune-up. I was sent emails and received calls, regarding the date and time of the cleaning which is very professional. Even though we had 12 inches of snow, Kyle called before his arrival and informed me, he would arrive within 30 minutes. Kyle showed up on time and put his booties on so, he wouldn’t leave wet foot prints on our floor. Kyle performed a 20+ point precision tune-up in a very professional manner and at no time did he rush, very impressed. I am very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Kyle has regarding furnace maintenance. I would not hesitate to call Ethical Home Pro regarding any heating or AC issues in the near future. Great experience all around and highly recommend this company, a very happy Customer.

After trying with another company first, they didn’t meet our expectations and we turned to a reference from our neighbor. From the first time Mike, the business owner, came out and discussed with us, we knew we were in the most capable hands.

We decided to move forward with Ethical Home Pro and I cannot express enough how professional, helpful, and hard working the employees are. From day 1 three trucks showing up, of ripping out our TWO burnt furnaces and all the disgusting vents and the like, not a spec of dust or debris was left behind.

These men spent over a week in our house and were on time every day, cordial, excited AND proud to show us their progress of the day. We were too! This is our first home and with such a hefty amount of work to be done, this whole job was such a relief to not have to worry about anything going awry.

They revamped our entire heating system for an extremely fair price. New ducts, new furnace, new trunks, loads of cutting and clean up. Its finally been cold enough to use it (we were completed about two weeks ago) and everything works exactly as intended. Our house is perfectly warm and we WILL be calling them again in the spring to install central AC.

I cannot recommend this company enough, seriously, you will not find anyone better.

Ethical Home Pro is an honest company with honest employees. I always trust that they will resolve my HVAC concerns and do the job(s) for a fair price. Ethical Home Pro doesn't try to rip me off or sell me something that I don't need. Unlike some other companies in the area, these folks know HVAC!

We used Ethical home pro to install a new boiler and an indirect water heater. Mike came out to do the estimate and took time to educate me on the process and also looked at every component of the current system. He paid attention to details that no other company even acknowledged. He was extremely thorough and honest in his approach. He never once put down other companies (like every other company did). The team that arrived to get the job done was punctual, worked hard all day, and kept me updated on the progress. Besides the actual work costing less than every other estimate we got, they were open to communication at any point and answered every question I had. We thought we had a problem with our system after installation and they sent someone out immediately to check it out. I would highly recommend this company.

We found Ethical Home Pro to be extremely competitive in price, thorough in explaining the procedure, and punctual in installing the air conditioning unit. Mike and his associates were responsible and professional in all aspects of the sale and work. They were careful and neat, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Absolutely 100% reccomend these guys. Our water heater went yesterday and they where very prompt in getting to us with an estimate and time to get the job done. Broke yesterday fixed next day. Great service and Kyle the guy that fixed everything was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Done right and for a fair price. Thanks so much for the great work you did. Just wanted to tell everyone about the AWESOME instalation that Ethical Home Pro did on our home. They installed a Mitsubishi 4 zone mini split. Mike, in sales and engineering met with us and spent time listening to our needs, reviewing our home and designing a system that would work for us. He was very thorough and his information was detailed and we knew exactly what the system would be. We decided to contract them to do the installation and a schedule date was made for the install. On the day of the install Billy and Zach showed up at 8:00 sharp and began the install. Mike also met with them to make sure the team was ready to go. Billy and Zach then spent the day installing the system. They were meticulous on deals and keep me informed as to what they were doing. The next day they finished the installation and the electrician did the final hook up and Billy and Zach did the final testing on the system and provided training on running the system. All in all an awesome performance by Ethical Home Pro..... AWESOME JOB AND EXPERIENCE

Great company to work with. They installed a heating unit in our finished basement and true to their word had it installed, inspected and ready to go in 2 days. It heats the whole bottom level and is working beautifully! The team that came to do the install were so respectful and extremely clean. By the time they left everything was back where it was before they started. We would highly recommend this company.

Ethical home pro was out to my place at 8 pm at night to try to fix my furnace which is was unfix able. They also found out my oil tank was leaking. I just bought the house and the house they don’t no how it passed inspection. They had to order me one from the warranty company that I took out on the house and then Community action didn’t like the furnace so ethical had to send the warranty furnace back. They had to order me 2 others cause community action did like them and still got the job done in 2 1/2 week. All the guys that I dealt with were all awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone. That needs furnace issues.
