Service was easy to schedule and serviceman arrived on time. A little pricey for work and time it took to do.

Called APH for an issue with the heating in my home. After 3 other companies not being able to help me, APH helped immediately. Very fast response, professional, and kind.

APH Installed 2 AC systems for our warehouse. I could not be happier with their level of professionalism, timeliness and affordability. I have used them for several projects before and have been very happy with their services. This was even more impressive with the pandemic going on and the difficulty procuring supplies. I will use them again and would happily give a reference.

Great service and fair pricing. Our water heater died on Sunday, I spoke with Todd at APH that afternoon and sent him some pictures of the broken unit. He had a crew out Tuesday morning and they got the replacement done in about two hours. The crew was friendly and answered all my questions, they also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend APH.

I had to put a star out of obligation, but this company and the owner only think about money. I will definitely never use it again. Yes Terrible customer service and super expensive. Don't waste your time calling APH.

I have heard good things. I have tried on three separate occasions to contact them and they do not respond. Good luck tying to get them to even reach out to you.

Can't even rate properly called with a question very rude on phone . Was referred by a friend just sad that the conversation was " we are too busy to do anything right now " before I even got done with hello I'm calling to ask a ...... Then cut off curtly and told that. Not even a hello this is APH just answered as " yes who is this . This is a business right ? Should answer at least identifying yourself and company.

This review is not based upon services provided but of the lack of being able to receive a response from the business. After calling,emailing and using the web form to get in touch after a Friends recommendation I have given up. No response from any form of communication i made after 3 weeks.
