We use them at our hotel I manage and they have excellent customer service! We will continue to use them when needed!

Dowling installed a very expensive Carrier system in our house 12 years ago. When they did not respond to our calls for service in those first few years, we moved on to another company. Carrier systems are overly complicated so when we received a specific error message when starting up the unit this summer, we called Dowling to see if they could come and get it started. We were told that they aren’t taking new customers. Even though we spent over $40,000 to have them install the system. When I asked if they could at least tell me what system error code 179 meant, they said no, that they’d have to come see the system to determine that. But they would not come see the system they installed.

I would love to give a better review, but I called to ask them to service an appliance and was told they were simply too busy to help me and couldn't give another recommendation of another business to help. I see this a lot in NH and it's unfortunate. The good economy won't last forever and these service providers that are picking and choosing are already losing future long-term customers. I even asked to be put on a wait list and was turned down. Great way to run a business.

They came to service our office AC, and arrived a few minutes early (I always appreciate people being there when they say they will be). They were very helpful, polite, and professional. Would recommend. Will continue to use as the need arises.

I had a meeting there. I only interacted with one employee for other purposes. It was not related to their business.

Have a emergency call and they can’t even get someone out to help me out? What’s the point of having a emergency service?? Had to have a part ordered. I had to call them back to get a time.

Great company
