Saved my Thanksgiving! Came downstairs and 'heard' we had a heater issue. Called Helios, they came with in one hour. John was very thorough, diagnosed the issue, called the company that built the heater and in the end, fixed my problem which is great, because Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I would have had to cancel. Thanks Helios and thanks John. GREAT company! I wish I could give them 10,000 stars.
