MIke and Aaron did a complete new tub/shower install. They removed the old and did everything needed for installing the new product. They explained every step to me - everything moved along on time and as promised. They were great to work with- very professional, and the final product is beautiful! I am super happy! and hope to have Derry Plumbing and Heating re do another bathroom in my house.

Thank you for an excellent install experience. My technicians (Brian and Chris) were professional and did an outstanding job with my mini-split installations. I'm so happy with my new bathroom! Start to finish, they did an incredible, and meticulous job here with my tub/shower replacement and vanity sinktop/faucet replacement. New plumbing, valves, shutoffs, faucet lines and drainpipe. Mike and DeSean took care of it all--they are a great team, handled everything from demolition to installation with professionalism and courtesy. Mike was easy to work with finding the perfect sinktop and faucet for my needs and taste. AJ did an outstanding job with the finish work. We bought a new dishwasher and called Derry Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment to have it installed. Easy and very pleasant communication setting up the appointment. Mike was our plumber and did a great job. He’s very professional and personable, and went above and beyond what I expected when we ran into a problem with the unit itself. Mike Gave us excellent customer service and I’d highly recommend both the company and him!

THE ONLY WAY TO SHARE MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS TO GIVE THEM 5 STARS.

-HAD A GAS LEAK COMING FROM MY PROPANE HEATING UNIT.
-THE OWNER(DAVE I THINK) SAID HE COULDN'T DO IT FOR LESS THAN $600.
-I AGREED. WHEN HIS INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP WITH A HELPER THE PRICE CHANGED TO OVER $800!
-I HAD NO CHOICE. THE PLACE WAS FREEZING!
-THEN HE TACKED ON $89 SERVICE FEE!
-HIS TECHNICIAN DIDN'T FIX IT AFTER 3 TIMES!
- I FINALLY HAD TO CALL PALMER GAS AND THEY FIXED IT IN ONE VISIT.
- RIIIP OFFFFFF!!!!!!!!

Ryan and Aaron did an exceptional job repairing a leak in a very tough location. There were some complications - as expected for a 103 year-old house, but they cruised through those and everything is functioning properly. Looks awesome, too, especially the reattached sheetrock. Thank you!
