Derry Plumbing & Heating

I've been happy with their service so far. They replaced a furnace for me this year and we're far lower than other quotes. Others tried to sell complete packages that I knew included work I didn't need. I got a quote from them for only the work I needed and even talked me out of some I thought I did.

EDIT: I've called two more times to have work done and both times they spent time on the phone telling me steps to make the bill less or how to do it myself. This company is great.

Mike ans Scott did awesome work, they got in and completed the job quickly while providing exceptional quality. We have used DP&H for help with our well in the past and they have always been extremely professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

In spite of numerous setbacks and obstacles, Mike and Christian finished the job within the timeframe I needed. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They went above and beyond and did beautiful work.

They installed a new mini split air conditioner/heat pump. They did a great job and kept everything neat and clean. They also observed all COVID guidelines and explained everything as they went along so we knew what was going to happen and when. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not even 48 hours between my call and having hot water again. I am extremely grateful he made us a priority! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the repair man was supposed to arrive in the morning, but it ended up being mid afternoon when they arrived. He called several times to inform us of the delay. A bit inconvenient but not terrible. Once here the problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. They have always been very professional, friendly and quick to get the job done. They always do a great job of explaining the problem and what they did to resolve it. Excellent all the way around.

Tyler came out to replace my mother's toilet after she had hip surgery. He came out and was dressed for the covid 19 and was polite and respectful to my mother. He removed the old toilet and replaced it with a taller and water saver one. He was in and out in an hour and took the old toilet with him for a small fee. It made it nice because we didn't have to worry about how to dispose of it. There was no mess as he cleaned as he went along. Thanks Tyler, mom loves the new toilet !!!

Needed a new indirect water heater. Bid came in at the same price as another contractor, but DPH offered a better unit and guarantee. Explained everything expertly. While installing, the plumbers pointed out some needed maintenance on my boilers before winter. Other plumbers I previously had "service" them said nothing and just took the check. I will call back DPH in a few months for that work, and also for future plumbing needs.

The team of Mike and Lawrence were very professional and went beyond the call of duty. They installed a tub/shower unit and repaired 2 other issues. Very pleased. Would call them in again without hesitation.
