Just to pile on with Pastore post: I lost central AC and was told it was special order blower unit and will take 14 days? Whatever reason they didn’t show up as promised with >2 week delay waiting for “special order”? We called Mackenzie they arrived that day (no extra charge) serviced both AC and furnace said AC was a common blower and had central air up and running by noon the following day with a very fair cost. So I have no idea if this was a scam or incompetence?

If there were a way to leave negative stars I would. Made us wait 2 weeks b4 they could come out to the house, supposedly ordered a part that had to be custom made, said they were coming early afternoon. My husband waited ALL day when they called just b4 5 to say they couldn't make it. If you don't want your hvac fixed call these unprofessional idiots.

HeatPro is my boiler guy from now on. While at sea my heat and comfort were thanks to a BT. It still is now.
They showed up, fixed the pump and I was back in business. It was a bonus to find that This business is a Navy Veteran owned business. Talented Snipe.

The technician took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem with our 18-year-old mini-split system. It took another 15 minutes to fix it with parts he had in the truck.
Good job.

Called HeatPro to clean my boiler and my sisters boiler, Don came in and did both, very professional, very friendly. Thank you! Excellent service from first phone call to getting it done!

Do not use this company. Recommended, designed, and installed a Fujitsu system in our home. The system will not maintain a consistent temperature. Chris Bill is very nice and responsive before the job and disappeared as soon as he had money in hand. They will not return phone calls or emails. Not standing behind the job they designed and installed. We’ve been more than patient and understanding. They refuse to respond to any contact attempts. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I would recommend this company to anyone. If you want reasonable prices, fixed quickly, and a friendly company call Heatpro. Thank you Chris and Alicia for giving my furnace a tune up.
