Heat Pro did all they could to get my furnace running after the blower and gas valve stopped working. Parts are hard to find for my 22 year old furnace but they were able to find them through various sources. Very courteous and professional. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I've never felt uncomfortable having them in my home when I'm here alone, and they explain what they did/need to do like I'm not an idiot, which I appreciate. We had an issue with our oil burning furnace creating fumes when it kicked on yesterday and it seemed to be running poorly creating concerning noise. We sent HeatPro an email at 10:00pm last night and they replied by 7:00 this morning and sent a technician out to us by 8:00am. They did not hesitate to go above and beyond for us and ensured they would have it repaired for us today…and they delivered! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. I would never again hire nor recommend this company as I value honesty and integrity (as well as my personal property). Mistakes happen; it's how they are dealt with that matters most. Small Claims Court agreed that improper installation of a condensate pump by HeatPro caused the damage to my home and property, not a fictitious "defective" part.
