Service was great when it came to the furnace.... About a month later ourAC broke ..we were told by the owner he would get back to us in a fewdays with a price and delivery time...never got back to us.. completely blew us off. Consequently we have been suffering Through one of the worst summers ever

When my A/C stopped working, I replaced it but was told by the store there would be a 6 week wait for
installation. The wonderful folks from HeatPro, Chris and Alicia, knowing a heatwave was coming,
were at my home the very next day. They are so accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable -
much less than the quote from Home Advisor.

Highly recommend HEATPRO--friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They repaired our busted steam pipes to restore our heat, and came up with a cost effective solution to keep the labor costs down. Will definitely be using them go forward for all our heating repair/maintenance needs.

We had an AC Issue that no one else could figure out, (we called and paid three other companies over a month time) we luckily found HeatPro! They were only here a few minutes before the problem was diagnosed and within an hour it was fixed!!! What a great guy too, polite, professional, super friendly & very fairly priced!

Chris and Alicia are incredible! Our AC stopped working during this awful heat snap and they were quick to respond and get here to diagnose and get the ac back up and running. They are super responsive, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. Not an honest company. They are great if a project goes well but when a problem arises (of their own doing) they disappear without a resolution. There are plenty of reputiable companies who will stand behind their work and the products they install, Id recommend starting with one of them and staying far away from these people.

We bought a new gas stove and didn't have the right orifices installed. HeatPro came out and fixed that on a Friday night. Since then we've had them service our gas furnaces as well as install smart thermostats. Dependable and honest.

Excellent service! The team diagnosed and fixed our AC issue quickly during extreme super hot weather. Glad we found HeatPro . We will continue to use for all our heating/AC needs.

I can't say enough good thing about them. My furnace broke on a Saturday night in February. They came right out, found the problem, then drove out to pick up the part so they could fix it that night (No, 'we'll order the part and come back Monday'). They were fast, friendly, and professional for a very fair price. Then took the time to explain what was wrong now and what I might need to look out for in the future. I will recommend them to friends and will use them for all of my (hopefully rare) HVAC needs.
